Casa Rural Aroma de Campo is a cozy bed & breakfast on a hacienda (Costa Rican farm). The house is on the highest point of the farm and it has a fantastic view to the surrounding lowlands of Guanacaste. No better place to listen to the countless birds and to enjoy colourful sunsets.
Aroma de Campo is surrounded by woods and small rivers, where it is a pleasure to walk, swim and enjoy the waterfalls. In the morning Aroma de Campo presents a complete breakfast with fresly squeezed juices, fresh fruit, pancakes, fresh eggs and of course fresh Costa Rican coffee. You are welcome for dinner.

Location
Aroma de Campo is situated between the small village of Curubande and Rincon de la Vieja National Park, on the road to the entrance of Las Pailas.

Activities
From Aroma de Campo you can discover Rincon de la Vieja volcano. When you take the path “Sendero Las Pailas” you can even come close to the active crater! You can take a bath in hot springs and pamper your skin with volcanic mud.
The waterfalls of Las Chorreras and La Victoria can be reached on horseback. For even more adventure you can make canopy tours through a canyon or through the trees. The Río Negro is very suitable for ‘tubing’ (in a large tube from a tire) and for rafting.
Of course there are many walks to take alongside the rivers and to the waterfalls.
