The jungle houses of El Arbol are in the middle of the Gandoca Wildlife Refuge, and yet only 1000 meters from the Caribbean sea. Besides 3 big monkey families, many mammals and other animals, on El Arbols grounds (7,5 ha) there have been counted more than 100 kinds of birds.
Marjolein and Jan Hein have a philosophy that counts with a unique and personal jungle-& wildlife experience, surrounded by comfort for El Arbol’s guests. All our jungle houses have a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with jacuzzi.
Location
El Arbol is situated close to Manzanillo, a village south of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, on the Caribbean coast in the Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge.

Massage
Certified massage therapist comes by to give a deep tissue, hot stone or regular massage, in the privacy of your own jungle villa.
Yoga
Certified yoga instructor available to do private yoga classes. In the privacy of your own jungle villa, in the jungle, or on the beach: in mutual consultation everything is possible.
Personal trainer
On request a personal trainer is available to do exercises with the guest on the beach or in the sea. For the active guest.
Counseling
Persons who want to talk with a certified coach about life, changing of habits or whatever subject, have the possibility to do so in El Arbol. In English or Dutch.
