Location
We are located in the small village of Santa Cruz de Turrialba. By car, it is a half hour drive from Turrialba and 2 hours from San José.
Activities
Guayabo Lodge is the perfect place for people looking for nature and adventure. Thanks to the good location, there is an easy access to all kinds of activities, like rafting on the world famous Pacuare River, or canyoning, mountainbiking, hiking, birdwatching, visiting Turrialba or Irazú Volcano, Orosi Valley, etc.
You can also visit the Indian ruins at National Park Guayabo Monument or the botanical gardens of the CATIE Institute (speciality; tropical fruit).
Of course, you can also just go for a walk or horseback riding, take it easy and read a book. We are always willing to help you organize a tour.

Children under 12 year stay for free on their parents’room. With more than 2 children, there is an additional fee of $10 per child.
