Conditions and guarantee
When a reservation is wanted 50% of the payment has to be done in advance. A reservation is valid after receiving that payment. We will confirm the client by e-mail or fax after receiving that payment.
Cancellation requests within 30 (thirty) days to the confirmed arrival date are 50% refundable.
Cancellation requests within 10 (ten) days to the confirmed arrival date or a “no-show” are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be granted for unused portions of the reservation due to an early departure. There are different cancellation policies for reservations made for Christmas until New Year
(Dec. 23 - Jan. 1), and the Easter week. Please contact Holland Hotels Costa Rica. All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to info@hollandhotelscr.com or fax (+506) 2786 5147. Holland Hotels Costa Rica will always confirm the arival of that e-mail or fax within 3 days. If the client deviates from the agreed travelling program the financial consequences are for account of the client. Holland Hotels Costa Rica cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by reasons beyond our control (’force majeure’), such as: molest, natural catastrophes, fire, tidal waves, strikes, earthquakes etc. Our guests can be held responsible for any damages they inflict to the members of Holland Hotels Costa Rica, their goods, guests and their properties. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes, changes in prices and other causes we cannot act upon. Holland Hotels Costa Rica always has the right to change the advertized prices, without notice beforehand.
We advise you to effect a travelling insurance.
We have tried to inform you as accurate as possible.
Guarantee
If a reservation necessarily (and beyond our power) has to be changed, we will take any necessary step to offer you a substitute accommodation of the same quality.
